However, it can primarily be seen that if an individual employee is first started their work or professional carrier, then the person is very much concerned about the fact working pressure and environment of the organization (Insan and Masmarulan, 2021). However, not only physical working pressure, but the employees are also initially concerned about the fact of physiological needs, such as stable income and adequate professional wages. The employee is also primarily thinking about the concept of the basic security needs, which include safe and professional working environment.

The organization related benefit is also valuable conduction for a new joining employee. The company primarily relates the benefit of the organization to the transportation cost and food improvisation cost. According to Pathiranage, (2019) Maslow's theory is self-esteem conduction for every organization's employee. Self-esteem is the modern ethical procedure that can initially help to gain the employee's confidence in an organization. Individual employees, who can confidently think that they can productively do a certain thing them self then it can be considered that those employees have high ethical values and high self-esteem.

Similarly, if an individual employee initially thinks that, he cannot do a certain thing properly and primarily deteriorate with low confidence; those employees are initiated with low self-esteem. Maslow's theory is an organization based motivational theory, which primarily states the five segments of human behaviorism factors, such as “Belonging needs through the organization, Self-esteem needs, Psychological needs, self-actualization needs and safety needs”. That particularly mentioned human behaviorism is creating an important factor for individual employees' personal development.

1.2 Employee engagement and solution strategy

The employee's engagement theory is primarily symbolized as the good beneficial theory of an individual employee. This above-mentioned strategy is primarily signified with various derivatives, such as existing organization interrelated problems and implementing changes are initially changed the foster employee's actual satisfaction. Organizational ethics enables the company to maintain organizational ethics is beneficial for business for maintaining a balance of working purposes. Appropriate work ethic is one of the most important units of an organization that determines the long-term existence of the company in the market. As per the studies of Spicer (2020), the counter-norms mainly indicate the ethical pillars of workplace culture. In terms of the organization's solution strategy, working environment, the principle of business ethics mainly provides knowledge on nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and autonomy (Sabe et al. 2020). The principles of ethics and the principle of the employee's engagement primarily help the working management to maintain a proper tradition of the professional working culture. The proper procedure of employee’s engagement helps to enhance the acceptable outlines and laws in the business venture. Activity 1 – Self Assessment

Self-assessment is one of the most important factors to increase the self-sufficiency that affects professional career development. Self-assessment guides an individual to recognize the shortcomings as well as strengths in individual self as well as provides an opportunity to rectify the factors and strengthens the positive quality. For personal as well as professional career improvement, the individual objective setting is very important. According to Wang et al. (2021), personal objectives provide motivation as well as positive energy to an individual for the development of a lifestyle. For setting personal objectives, the reorganization process of job priority is very significant which leads to being successful in a professional career. An efficient professional development plan making is very important to realize the proper way to move towards the personal and professional objectives.

Activity 2

Taking responsibility

During my professional career, I have taken some responsibility and sometimes it becomes good and sometimes it was not successful. Last year, my organization arranged a business meeting where several domestic and international companies joined and my responsibility was to communicate with the managers of the organization to join in this business meeting (Wilson et al. (2018) for that purpose, I have done quite well and most of the organization attended the meeting. In contrast, a few months ago our organization has taken a big project that provides a great responsibility to execute the project. For that purpose, I have not provided my best performance and to maintain the quality of the project I missed the deadline of the project. From that project, I have learned several meaningful factors of the corporate world that are very important for developing the professional career of an individual (Sabe et al. 2020). From that project, I have learned that I need to work on my time-management skills as well as risk management skills. Apart from that, my verbal communication skills should need to be improved to progress in my professional development plan.

Working inclusively

Inclusive work practice is an important factor in the professional career and adjustment with other teammates as well as subordinates makes the professional career success. To manage the project, I must work with different people belonging to different cultures and during that period, I have learned the importance of inclusive work cultures. During this project, there was o discrimination in the context of sex and social and religious factors. Apart from that, the inclusive work practice makes the work process smooth as well as the communication level among the teammates was also good. The inclusive work practice guides to recognize of the emotional state of employees that increases the healthy relationship among the workers. Apart from that, the inclusive work culture guides to the motivation of the employees that have a positive impact on the self-efficiency of the employees which leads to business productivity enhancement (Spicer, 2020). 

Activity 3: Impact of learning and CPD

Reflection 1:

To improve teamwork, I have set a working process and objectives. I also convey my vision and objectives to my subordinates properly so that can perform their task accordingly (Sabe et al. 2020). During the project, inclusive work practice guides me to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and manage the resources management.

Reflection 2:

Time management is another strategy of mine for doing the project and developing the career development plan. To increase my time management skill, I distribute the task into different units of a project and teach them the way of proceeding with the task during the initial period of the project. 

Reflection 3:

The next strategy of mine is to increase my risk management skills. To improve my risk management skills, I closely observe the project work and maintain good communication skills. Proper survey and repetitive monitoring guide me to develop my risk- management skills.

Reflection 4:

Decision-making skills are another important skill that I need to improve for the development of my professional skills. As per the view of Wang et al. (2021) n order to, increase my decision-making skills I need to properly recognize the potential problems of the project and my professional experience also guides me a lot to enhance my decision-making skills.
