Introduction Of Tort Law Presentation
Tort law is defined as a major concept where the valuation of the wrong done to the individual or person provides effective relief from conducting wrongful acts by other associated people. The Tort law has adequately defined the value or compensation which is awarded concerning the monetary damages. The main aim of this presentation is to accumulate the required Tort law that is associated with the provided case scenario for "Serena and Vanda ''. The incident occurred with Serena in the weekly craft club which is attended by both of the 12-year-old girls. The valuation of the overall incident has reflected different scenarios by the different persons who are connected with each person.
The valuation of the overall incident has implicated the death of Maya, the mother of Serena on the way to take Serens to the hospital after an incident occurred in the craft club. Effect of the maya's death has created an impact on the mental condition of his son Freddie who has suffered from "Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)". The impact of this incident has also affected Vanda as she is afraid to attend any of the craft clubs after the incident. The valuation of these issues and the requirement to use adequate rules and regulations for getting claimed or sued by the person has needed to be implicated at the adequate range.

The main cause of all the arising issues is analyzed for the incident in the craft club between "Serena and Vanda".
