2.0 Discussion and Analysis
2.1 Role of motivation in health issues
Motivation is most important thing to do any work If there is no motivation then there is no courage to meet goal. In a chronic disease a patient needs to be active to get well soon as they are the victims of health behavioral changes and medication. And if a patient is motivated to improve their condition then other needs to encourage. Mainly encouragement is provided by health workers. So country needs to recruit more health workers and hospital needs to reduce costs so poor people can also get treatment from a good place. Many places has few educated health workers so more education is needed because health workers helps the entire health system to go smoothly (Auais, et al 2019).In rural area we can find many poorly motivated health workers who has few equipments to check patients but they cannot provide help to poor people in emergency cases. This poorly motivated health workers maximum are those who left their jobs because of their poor education and selfishness that the surroundings sufferers for them. Motivation has two types of benefits-Professional motivation and Economic motivation.
Doctors are not just known for their medication but their education, behavior and motivation towards a patient. So if a doctor is educated enough then he will have the best knowledge according to him and he will provide his full effort to cure a patient. And the educated nurses will take care of the patient in proper way so they can fight against their diseases. But if they are not enough educated then they will just do their jobs but not in a proper way. And people invests their money if they get good treatment so this impacts economic side too. So motivation is a combination of economical and professional matters. But many health workers left their jobs in between because they are not well motivated and for well motivation education, family support and surroundings are responsible (Crowshoe, et al 2019).And well motivated health workers never leave their job as they knows to care about people as this is their duty and wants to cure people to see them healthy afterwards. And a health worker will work if they find satisfaction in work. If they have job satisfaction and they find effectiveness to their work then they can build a strong career so they can work more and can make changes to their living and society.
2.2 Importance of social support factors
Mainly supportive people are families. And social supporters are friends, neighbors and relatives. This social support increases the quality and happiness into our lives. Social supports helps to reduce loneliness, depression, stress and anxiety issues so one can have better life from suffering. Emotional social support is very much effective because it is all about love, caring, trust and empathy. Because love is something that everyone needs in the world. Care is something which feels a person is special. And if someone finds themselves then they will feel good and if their mood will be good then health will improve (Fichtenberg,et al 2020).Next comes the Informational social support that gives good advices to improve life. Suggestion to choose a path to go with in life .And information provided about anything that can be helpful to improve lifestyle. Instrumental social support is nothing but a therapy that is famous in world is music therapy because there is many music or a lyric that makes a huge change as the music or lyrics moves a person’s mind in positive way. So they feel good. The fact is there are many emotional matters that no one can share with their families so they need friends to talk but sometimes instrumental support provides a friendly zone where people no need to talk to anyone as music heals.
Affective-Reflective Theory of Physical Inactivity and Exercise
Physical activity is needed to keep body and mind healthy. If a friend reminds to do physical exercises or family then if comes under the social support. Affective-Reflective theory is a theory of dual process. In this theory it is said to keep doing physical activities because inactivity pushes one towards diseases(Mücke,et al 2021).Especially people have diabetes at least needs to do walk else glucose will effect. And for keeping healthy kids needs to go to playground everyday as well as youths and olds too. Exercise or playing keeps people fit and reduces chance getting sick.
Affective-Reflective Theory of Physical Inactivity and Exercise
Symbolic interactionism theory
This theory assumes that people interacts with individuals or each other and between the communication they establish a meaning or a sense of a sentence which another person understands (Denzin, N.K., 2004).And the view of the sentence is understood by both and by understanding each other they communicate and the more people communicate the society grows more in a positive way.
Symbolic interactions theory
Relational regulation theory (RRT)
This theory says that people describes their actions, thoughts, affections, dreams, plans, feelings, anger, happiness, sorrow, excitement verbally to reduce the stress level(Huising ,et al 2011).That means emotional behaviors are expressed verbally in front of someone.
2.3 Impact of social support minimization in health issues
Social support is very much necessary as there are some people who don’t have family and friends, they are very lonely and there is no one to help them in trouble. So having family and friends are blessings to take care of physical and mental health. And in research it is said that social loneliness and isolation is dangerous for self and society and chances of risks are higher for physical and mental health including heart problem, blood pressure, anxiety, depression, low immunity and Alzheimer’s disease. So lack of social support is very bad for one’s living. In any kind of problem people needs someone to stand beside (Greene,et al 2021).Maybe family member or a friend or anyone but who don’t have anyone to help the world gets tuff for them to survive and they can get jealous seeing others with people and can be depressed. Lonely people can have life-threatening diseases too. So social support is important for the existence of the physical exorcise of people. If someone is sick then family and friends are there to encourage recovering and they care for that person. But for a lonely person there is no one to take care. If some problem occurs in health condition then it has to be deal alone.
3.0 Conclusion
The social support has a great impact on mood and body that means all over health as the family and friends are the strengths and loneliness is the weakness. Not only people, the entire environment are responsible for health. As regular exercise keeps body and mind both fresh and healthy and for kid’s playground is most important where kids can play and interact to each other to be friends and friends are needed for life long. Neighbors and relatives are also important to be in contact. Houses are poor people are congested so it needs to improve. The part of education is vital. At least minimum education must be given to everyone that any kind of job they can get at least to get food of good quality and good quantity. Emotional social supports, Informational supports, Instrumental supports are needed especially for lonely people as they don’t have anyone to share their feelings so music will help them to reduce stress and depression. People must be open up enough to allow themselves to talk to everybody so people they know will be happy and lonely people will have someone to talk. In this way they can also make friends or close one to share feelings. Behavior plays an important role here as if someone is rude to all then no one will go to talk so rudeness may cause loneliness. Fees for poor people at hospital must be reducing as they are not able to pay so they suffer from diseases. Health workers must visit to slum areas and rural areas to check the poor people for free of cost or for minimum cost that they can afford.
