The research has been conducting an "explorative qualitative approach" that has been based on the "Primary and Secondary methods". The primary and secondary method has been used in the process of data collection and it is beneficial for providing accurate data and information regarding the overall research process (Nyashanu et al. 2020). The research has been focused on online interviews due to the causes of the pandemic and the number of participants includes nurses, support workers and managers. In the data collection of a secondary method, the different thematic analysis has been determined through the use of authentic journals, articles and websites.
