From this point, they can able to get deep and positive forms of learning experiences.

ii.Description of a reflective model.

The reflective model used here is Gibb's model. It is a model which consists of 6 stages of learning which are description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, and conclusion and action plan. As it has many stages this model will include every experience that I had while learning the course (Winstanley, 2005). The first stage is the description, it explains the experience I had and the learnings from the course for developing academic skills in higher studies. Next is the feelings I felt during the course and after the learning outcome. It will show the reflection of the feeling about the experience as well. In the evaluation stage, the experience will be compared to whether it was good or bad on the basis of personal learning. It can be good and bad but the result will be contrasting to notice. Next is Analysis to clear the situation in the present time and what can be done after the learnings. It will explain what went well and what did not. Furthermore, the learning did I get from the situation will be explained here as the knowledge I had to understand the situation and made out of it. Next is the conclusion which will explain my learnings from the situation and how it could become a positive situation for myself or for everyone (Tong et al. 2013). This stage will include the things which can be done differently and what could be the result. Last is the action plan, here the next personal steps and plans will be explained. What steps can be taken for future growth and what can be done differently and the action which was taken during a particular situation and what can be done differently. The learning is informative and will enhance the skills in that particular field. Consequently, in this model, every stage is explained where the learning from the course was good or bad and its importance. Gibbs' reflection cycle reveals the outcomes of the study and learns the objective distinctively and differentiates the objectives in those 6 stages. This will show the literary learning that was taught in the course. The business and tourism industry are booming hence the future growth can be explained in the action plans. In this reflection model, the personal feeling will be explained properly as well as others. The thought I had during those situations and what are the outcomes of those situations and whether the learning was effective or not. In those situations, my contribution, as well as others' contributions, will be discussed as to whether the result was positive or negative. In this model all the reflections will be acknowledged and the situation during the learning will be explained. This will focus on specific situations to understand the criticality of the learning.

The Gibbs model gives a vast form of analysing the fact. This Gibbs model helps the students to analyze the topic in a different way. An employee with highly skilled provides a comprehensive form of enhancing knowledge in all respect. It offers a unique focus on employability and can translate toward a positive outcome in the work culture.

iii. Using reflective approach to feedback and feed-forward to inform and improve future formative and summative assessments.

Formative work is an assessment which contains no grade and has low stakes and summative work is an assessment which concludes the evaluation of the learning and the comparison with a benchmark or the standard work. Formative assessment is a class-based practice which can be done regularly and summative work assessment focuses on the learning outcomes and the behaviour of the student (Bhat et al. 2019). Module 1 is tourism geography where both the formative and summative work was done in the course. In summative work in module 1 made it clear that the opportunities may not be in favour of the geographical conditions in any particular place so managing will require proper planning and execution.

Learning skills include appropriate research, referencing, time management, effective communication, and critical thinking abilities. In addition, practical skills in research allow the students to identify sources and use them appropriately in their works or tasks. Orientation teaches the learners a few skills that can be beneficial for them to make the study materials of the university more manageable. Promoting critical thinking abilities among students can help them in higher studies for note-taking, and improve skills in presentation, and teamwork for completing project works (Aliedan et al. 2022). Hence, learning approaches develop knowledge and personal skills among the students. In addition, specific, constructive, and formative has been regarded as a combination of feedback and feed-forward which guide the learners to understand the learning goals and work hard to achieve outcomes. Therefore, comprehensive feedback can boost self-evaluation among the learners and improve their performance.

This module taught that the planning should be according to the geographical conditions and the availability of the touristic places. It concludes some key factors which are space and place, location, cultural and human characteristics and mobility or the people movement. This module is an important module in which the overall management of the situation. The summative work of this module includes learning from the formative work which gives a proper overview of the model and the situations which can occur (Liu & Carless,2006). It will ultimately help me to learn module 2 better and the formative and summative work both will help in learning module 2.

iv. Rounding up Reflection On learning by briefly restating main points

Development of knowledge is the main outcome after orientation for gaining success in higher education. The students using their skills in critical thinking can evaluate several theories, analyze facts and information, as well as develop their own ideas and perspectives. The development of innovative ideas, a clear vision of a successful career, and building communicative skills help the students to focus on their education process to achieve success in the future (Setiawan et al. 2022). Thus, thinking abilities help to understand problems and improve self-confidence to face challenging events. The aim of orientation is to create an ambiance of familiarity with the rules and regulations of higher educational institutions. In addition, time management skills can provide several opportunities to the students to develop both personal and professional goals effectively which show them a proper direction to pave the path of success. Henceforth, high-quality academic work can be created with the abilities of research, referencing, and proofreading.

Reflection on the cultural and behavioural expectations of studying for a degree in business and management.

By using of GIBBS reflective mode; I have significantlydistinguished my learningabout the behavioural study and management from my course.

Description- The business and Tourism management is a study or course which explains the theory and practical things about business and also gives the idea of Tourism in recent days.. Therefore, further with this course of study and with its knowledge and trainings I acknowledged that within the behaviours of management patience and cognitive study of collaborative behaviours is important. This course definitely helpsme to survive well in their corporate workplaces.

Feelings –As a student I have a lot of expectations from this course. It includes the behavioural expectation. With this course I have gained the feelingsthat behavioural theories like contiguity, classical conditioning, and operant conditioning help me to understand theBusinEvolution - ess culture is the collection of some standards that can be shown in any company's behavioural activity which includes the company's goal, its strategy, the rules and regulation, the ethics and values etc.

Evolution - Cultural expectation like motivational speeches, motivational behavioursand using of transformational, structural and democratic leadership has been occurred from this study. As a student of business and management student I have learned how to manage my resources (Cottrell, 2019). This study also taught me the knowledge about how to manage the processes and procedures. Business and management study is a mix study of personal expertise. This personal expertise includes communication which is critically important in any work field.

Action plan- This study teaches how to communicate in the workplace which is a sign of the growth of the career. Another thing that I have learned from this study is leadership and team building. It outlines the way to lead any team as a team leader to generate confidence into the other people's morality.

Competitiveness in modern companies or strategic Artificial Intelligence is needed in the business. Artificial intelligence is now emerging and is utilized by every learning institute for enhancing the learning facility (Beevers and Rea, 2013). Those two are needed for the conversion of the wealth of the available data in proper decision-making. This can be accomplished by strategic and competitive analysis.

Analysis - The above-mentioned study also teaches about building the organization or becoming entrepreneur. The students get to learn how to solve any kind problem regarding their workplace as well as their personal life. This course helps the students to implement the quality of accepting feedbacks and taking advices from people to implement in their works or businesses. In culture wise the business and management study help to form a developing society.

Conclusion - A society that is creating as well as dynamic. Through the study the students become more efficient and can do their tasks more efficiently.

An explanation of implementation

Cultural and behavioural expectations can be implemented in the workplaces or in the future studies of students. It can be implemented in work places in UK by defining desired values abehaviour. It can be implemented also by aligning culture with proper strategies and processes. Means, to memories the mission, vision and values that is lining up to the person's work as it is to forget the work ethics in tough times. The study also can be implemented in the work place by having visible proponents. Working with the higher authority has helped to generate a strong performance for the CEO of that particular company. Another way of implementation is aligning the culture with the brand (Beevers and Rea, 2020). In future studies the study helped me a lot to become more focused and efficient and punctual in everything. It also helped me in maintaining professional courtesy towards my colleges in the workplace.

Provide a realistic timeframe and dates for the implementation

As a student of Business and management an academic support or a teacher is definitely needed for improving and implantation in study. Since the teacher or a guide already have the experience of every detail regarding the study, it simplifies the study a lot. I need to work on my communication skill which is the key of any profession. Communication will definitely help me in progressing in my future career. As a student it took me almost four years of the Bachelor degree in Business and Management. But other associate programs are for 2 years. And in future it will take more time in understanding the field in a better way. Because a team work always helps people to connect with the work as well as to connect with people more (Robins et al. 2016). Overall, this was the cultural and behavioural expectations of studying for a degree in Business and management.

A) iv) In reflection on learning Business and Management it is elaborated what is the study about. The study allows a student to understand the business companies with specialized knowledge. They get to know more about the customers and finance managements, and business strategies etc. The reflection is explained in Gibbs model where the description of the mentioned study is said. And also explains the evaluation, expectations of the study. And it shows the analysis of the study. The above study is mentioning the Tourism Geography module and the festival in events. In addition to the it can be said that the study of business and tourism study requires theabove-mentioned points which help to generalize the study or helps to implement the study in corporate workplace.

D) Opportunities - The study of business and management have a lot of opportunity in the workplaces. With this degree a student can work in various places. Students will be able to work in various industries like, sales sector, human resource manager. The study will also help in operating managers. In the field of administrative assistant, there will be an anchor to survive for a long period of time. In the future a person who studies the course can teach other students the skills about how to perform the leadership. It helps the students to become a proper team leader with required qualities including communication skill work efficiency etc.

Threats - This study also have some threats in all. Threats that are included with the negativeeffects of the business that can harm the business badly or can spoil the reputation of the owner. Another threat is supply-chain issue. This can prevent someone from making new products. Apart from that technological threats can happen as we are living in the era of technology.

A reflection on what peer-to-peer support and team working mean and their importance for students in higher education.

Peer learning is defined as, a good learning strategy where the participants have involved themselves at the same level and it enhances collaborative learning. Peer learning encourages accountability, interdependence, and a deeper understanding of the concepts related to peer-to-peer support. I think that this method in which the students can learn from each other. These methods help to create new opportunities, with the two peers and this encourages new learning. It is the best form of learning from which socializing is done (Pratchett et al. 2016). This peer learning method can be formal or informal but it involves some sort of combination between the two peers. In the traditional learning process, the teachers are the only one who shares the knowledge with the students but here every one is sharing their knowledge(Pratchett et al. 2016). This type of learning procedure enhances makes the students smarter and they gain more knowledge from it.

For example-A sort of debate, the class was arranged and much improvement was observed after that.

Benefits of peer learning:The peer-to-peer learning procedure is a more effective form of learning and it can solve many problems which can arise from the learning procedure. A lot of people can learn from effective learning.

Peer feedback opportunities:This technique helps to get better feedback and helps in the development of the employees. When any negative sort of feedback has arrived then, they can arrive themselves which leads to day-to-day improvement. This technique helps everyone to be successful in their own respective places (Gibbs, 1988). All of these qualities are really needed for a successful work culture. This method augments of creation of better communication skills, more professional development, and more teamwork. The employees who are very shy and less talkative can be free and can become more social. This technique helps to create a platform and it encourages learning together. This kind of mutual conversation increases the bonding between the employees. It helps to grow confidence and development of personal level.

Cooperative and collaborative learning:All the employees work in small groups and they are accountable for their work. They can communicate face to face and those are managed by the leaders. Students team up in less structured ways and get the training to solve various problems and also can find out alternatives for every problem. Since a student is appointed a mentor and they can share their knowledge with the other students and they are learners as well as tutors.

Implementation of peer-to-peer support and team working in future studies and work/career

Support from the leadership is needed:The company has to support peer-to-peer learning procedures only then, the program can be successful. The benefits of the peer-to-peer learning have to be explained to the leaders and only they can encourage them. The learning schedules, guidelines, and tools are used for the implementation.

An organizer has to be chosen:One person has to be nominated to facilitate the learning process. They are responsible for organizing learning sessions and the beginning of sessions. Everyone has to maintain, a neutral conversation.

Need for a healthy environment:Creation of a healthy environment is necessary for a smoother working ofthe people. The importance of respect and boundaries is to be learned by them. The appointed facilitator would assist in writing the code of conduct and give assurance to the employees for following it. Encouragement of teamwork and inspiring different perspectives

The employees have to share every sort of diverse idea and be open-minded (Gallagher,2016). The employees have to be encouraged for taking risks and have to learn different ideas

Resources need to implement after learning about peer-to-peer support and team working

I feel I would use PowerPoint presentations for sharing my knowledge. Some sort of picture display is highly helpful for the sharing of knowledge, team build up is possible with the help of proper funding and the installation of modern technologies. I have decided to start this peer learning procedure very soon. More funding has to be encouraged for the proper functioning of the work structure. The students who are not interested are encouraged more participation in the peer work culture and this would help them for the growth of knowledge and confidence. The trainers have to give all sorts of support to them for involving them in the peer work culture. The result is proficient and a knowledgeable workforce has to be approached for the tasks.

SWOT analysis

Strengths: The students can communicate more freely and can gain knowledge for this session of classes. Many reference books can study for gaining knowledge. A good ICT system has to be three in the workplace for the achievement of this work session. They can gain knowledge in setting up of their own business. Overall, all would be very helpful from this peer class structure Instead of learning from the book, they can discuss and can learn more. Peer learning opportunities and utilizing technology would improve the learning process. The employees can share their ideas and skills in an open manner. Maintenance of the routine of peer-to-peer learning procedure once a week or month can be arranged (Dinkelman, 2003). I feel that training seminars and webinars are the best platforms to give presentations on the knowledge. Commendation and online feedback are encouraged here. Experienced colleagues can share more knowledge and thus the discussion session would be fruitful.

In the session of classes, the students can clear their doubts. A facility of ICT system is needed for a better understanding of the topic. The employees can gain more ideas while sharing their knowledge with the various colleges (Gallagher, 2016). Peer learning facilities can be enhanced by utilizing the technologies. PowerPoint presentations and webinars are the best for imparting training to the students.

Weakness: Many students cannot communicate properly; there would be a lack of learning. Some employees can work well but if they are having low self-confidence then there would be the emergence of a crisis. In case of the absence of funding, there would be lacking setup (Cameron, 2016). Many learners want to study alone they cannot communicate with others in regard to the study. They would feel problematic in this sort of learning. Many areas of learning lack the proper infrastructure for attaining this sort of learning. The process of learning becomes easier when there is a strong bonding in between the team members. The company has to grab the teamwork and encourage them. Thus, that bonding is a part of the question that is a part of the weakness.

Many students feel shy to communicate with others, they won't be benefitted from this website and communication techniques. They can lack a good study facility;thus, everyone has to be comfortable with the study facility. The company needs to encourage everyone to grasp the learning facilities. When it comes to studying, everyone can take the approach from the same point of view. The engaging and accessible guide provides the learners with learning facilities. All the individuals need to boost themselves in the learning facilities.

Opportunities: The employees after attaining the peer training then their confidence would increase which would help them to grow in the job sector. Promotion is easy for them when they would communicate more properly in the work environment (Bolton and Delderfield, 2018). They can gain knowledge in setting up of their own business. Overall, all would be very helpful from this peer class structure.

The employees after engaging themselves in the peer training can gain much more confidence and would be more interested in learning. They would be more knowledgeable and can set up the business on their own (Fleisher et al. 2003). This peer form of learning helps in gaining confidence within them. When they can gain confidence, they can be able to solve every sort of problem in all respect.

Threats: The major threat in peer learning is everyone does not have the same capability to take up the knowledge at the same time and at the same level. Sometimes due to technical issues, the learning facilities cannot be proper and up to the targeted level. Thus, according to the taking capacities the learning structure has to be made. More budgetsare necessary for setting up the learning facilities (Cottrell, 2019).Thus, proper funding system is to be arranged. Internet issues must not be a hindrance in the learning facilities; it has to be properly arranged. Political and local issues can be an obstacle that needs to be controlled in a skilful manner. The students have to be motivated for helping them out to cope up with the learning facilities.
