One of the head officers of this company is Harmanpreet Singh who works as President of overall leadership, and his basic responsibility of him to manage VP-finance. Other officers of this company are Navinder Kaur and Gagandeep Kaur, and they also play a vital role for the company in terms of marketing and management. In this report, the theories and the models will be discussed that have been decided by the managers to run the business successfully.

Management theory refers to the collection of unique and innovative ideas that provides a recommendation to the business about the general rules of managing a business or an organization. Usually, the leader of an organization selects the models and theories that are going to be perfect for the business and can improve the productivity of the business. The business models and theories that have been used in the organization ‘SUPER' for better performance are going to be discussed below.
Theory of Scientific Management
The theory of scientific management was invented by Taylor and this relevant and useful management theory has helped a considerable number of companies to manage and run their business successfully. There are several authors who have admitted that the main purpose of scientific management is to produce the kind of people who can increase the productivity of the company.
