The progress of the effective adaption of the theories and models can be observed from the “roadmap of agility”.In the initial stage of the company, there were four functioning units which were responsible for the development of medicines and drugs. The Project Management Operations was created with the idea that this can help with the support as well as the maintenance of the activities. The main objective for the incorporation of the agile factor in the PMO is to help with the decision-making process (researchpapr.com, 2022). This can be seen that the structured system of the theory where every step is conducted in chronological order. This theory is mostly used by manufacturing companies where the production system looks for changes in the competitive market (Roscoe et al. 2020). This is based on the responses of the efficiency of the external and internal factors. The main aim is the detection of the effective role where the “sub-optimal form” is modified for production in the company. The milestones and the modifications as per the changes in the priorities which is then followed by the responsibilities which are to be accounted for. The last is the assessment of all the tasks where which is the identification of any issues or limitations which have occurred.

This tool has helped define the “IMED” portfolio where the security is based on the plans of the project for the governance conducted. The implementation of agility within the company has helped with the analysis of several kinds of projects with an effect on the probable changes or issues that are seen by the project manager. This implementation helped in the time effectively and also the principles of the budget where the visualization has impacted the decisions taken.
