Exploring SWOT Analysis, Suicide, and Poverty in Modern Society Case Study

Introduction: Strategies for Personal Growth and Social Change

This study mainly discusses several topics and issues that are happening in our society. These topics are mainly related to human lives and can be analyzed as per experience in our own lives or social perspectives. According to different resources, it can be said that the issues that have been focused on understanding social perspectives are necessary to create an isolated information analysis that organizes proper understanding from different perspectives. However, it is also necessary to create proper issues and maintain proper data analysis processes that are necessary for understanding the nature of the issues and their relative properties to our social and personal lives. Other than that its involvement in social stability is also necessary to understand.

Reflection 1: SWOT Analysis

What?

It is a small event for creating a SWOT analysis of a business development process. I was a particular team member in embraced the SWOT analysis to understand the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats of the company. The result or the outcome is to understand the report based on these elements or data.

So what?

It is one of the necessary skills for understanding my educational field and creating a proper experience on significant exposure for strategic analysis of business development for contributing valuable insights in the team development process. According to the analysis, I understand the process of pressure curiosity, and successful stop is the process of understanding eagerness for maintaining insights for concern findings. My goal was to understand the identification properties and strategies for creating opportunities and understanding the threats or weaknesses that are harmful to the organization. Based on the organizational outcome I can say that after the SWOT analysis, I am satisfied as it can reveal the development criteria or vulnerable areas of the organization and help the organization to create proper strategies for mitigating these risks.

According to different insights, it is necessary to understand that these opportunities can be created to cover all the processes and understand the aspects that are included in creating strategies for mitigating the risk of threats or weaknesses for the betterment of the company's future (Benzaghtaet al. 2021). However, it is necessary to understand that SWOT analysis is not only used for organizational development it is a tool that can be used in personal life to develop proper strategies for our gain. Thought analysis helps create several personal development plans and find out our development criteria from several perspectives. However, the consequences of these actions are to understand the business strategies and recommendation process for significant changes in challenging situations for organizational and personal development.

Now what?

From my perspective, word analysis is a process or tool that is useful in several aspects. The short analysis is not only useful for the organizational development process it is also important in personal life that helps us to understand our development criteria for personal gain. After understanding the proper influences of SWOT analysis it is necessary to see that's what analysis is and an important aspect that helps us analyze every process or product of our life and it is helpful for us to understand our product choosing process in every perspective. It is also helpful for us in developing proper methods for choosing every important decision. After understanding the SWOT analysis process every organization must understand the criteria and strategy-making process for developing and understanding continuous growth from several perspectives (Puytet al. 2020). On the other hand, in my personal life, I think it is necessary to create proper PDP or personal development plans for overcoming the situations.

Reflection 2: Suicide and Modern Society

What?

I understood the impact of suicide and its relative properties on society by attending a seminar on suicide and its relevance in recent days in modern society. From an organizational perspective, this seminar is mainly related to mental health, and the event was featured by supervisors, experts, and concerned individuals. The main objective is to raise awareness about the impact of suicide and maintain prevention strategies.

So what?

This is a very helpful and significant opportunity for me to experience the importance of this critical issue that has been overlooked or stigmatized by society. I also understand the process of gaining knowledge and contributing to mental health challenges for understanding people's behaviour. According to the seminar, I also failed several emotions such as empathy for the world and concern about mental health for preventing suicide and understanding the awareness processes and promoting them in society. After that, my major goal is to create contributing properties in case of suicide and its prevalence in several perspectives and helpful in society. There are several exploratory ways to support people in need. Based on several resources it can be said that I am feeling proper emotions that have been developed during the discussions and understanding events contained. It is also a strengthening point for resolving the situations of the participants or people with mental health initiatives (Courtet et al. 2020). Other than that it is delivering proper positive aspects for creating empathy and awareness for developing a happier world through maintaining several campaigns.

Reflection 2: Suicide and Modern Society

So what?

Suicide in modern society can be determined as a complex issue within modern society as individuals are facing emotional torture with the hope of getting rid of the situation. It has been observed that the tragic consequences of societal pressure due to lack of mental health support and stigmatization. Based on this the answers to some of the questions have been addressed below:

• To understand the situation, there is a need to acknowledge the aspects of modern life in terms of intense demand that can lead someone to feel hopelessness.
• The factors that can influence the thoughts of committing suicide are societal expectations, isolation along personal struggles
• There can be an exacerbation of the feelings considering the assumptions in terms of worth and societal norms.
• The sources of knowledge can be included with the inclusion of past experiences, cultural differences, and difficulty in accessing mental health resources
• By acknowledging of the feelings of others, one can alleviate the empathy and communication aspects
• There is a need to address the alternative of suicide can be included the seeking professional support or confiding among friends
• The range of actions in terms of consequences can be addressed from healing and recovery to the perpetuating suffering.

Now What?

• I have acknowledged a deeper understanding in terms of learning about suicide along with its impact on modern society. There is an analysis of the complexities associated with mental and social health issues. As a result, I was able to connect with the people suffering from this pain with an empathetic attitude.
• With the incorporation of the learning, I was able to address my responsibilities towards individuals and society in terms of contributing to mental health advocacy and supportive efforts.
• I have acknowledged that my empathetic efforts can further make a difference in enhancing the well-being of individuals.
• Addressing the response or experience that I have gained, it is proud to say that I am committed to promoting mental health awareness measures.
• In a situation similar to that of attempting suicide or mental health illness, I would rather prefer to engage myself in conversations on behalf of the mental health association
• The obstacles that have the potential to block the way to apply the learning can include resistance to change, lack of resources and so on (Abdelmeguid et al. 2022)
• For future purposes, I have addressed a society that can be considered as more compassionate with lots of understanding and support for the promotion of mental health and well-being.

Reflection 3: Poverty-Causes

What?

Within a local community, it has been analysed that a family has lost their home in terms of job losses and increased medical bills. In a serious situation, it has been observed that a factory worker and a cashier being parents of a child have struggled hard to make ends as the child has been suffering from a serious illness. As a result, they are going on spending money for the well-being of their child and the medical expense goes on increasing. As a result of this, the family has to sacrifice their home for their child and rely on the shelters and food banks to survive in the world.

The event has highlighted the harsh reality of increasing poverty basically for working-class families. Thus, there is a need to establish and enhance the addressing of social safety nets and accessible healthcare facilities.

So what?

• Viewpoint: On behalf of the experience, I want to state that there is the emergence of empathy with the growth in awareness in terms of social justice. According to my point of view, poverty is not something that can be addressed as a statistical issue rather it can be considered as an in-depth human need. In this regard, I aimed to understand the impact of poverty on society among individuals and was disappointed with the truth in terms of the suffering of the individuals.
• Opposite viewpoint: Addressing the viewpoint of others, it can be said that there can be initiation of arguments in terms of addressing the consequences of the choices of the individuals along with lack of ambition. In this regard, values such as self-reliance and hard work can influence this aspect. On the other hand, some are there who found that I was over-sympathetic and idealistic.
• Resolution: With the understanding of the fact that individual choices and efforts have a crucial role in the initiation of poverty, it can be said that there is a need to introduce access to healthcare and educational facilities.

Now What?

• I have come to know that the poverty aspects can result in a complex aspect of systematic factors along with individual circumstances. This learning has furthermore enhanced my empathy and understanding of the factors that can affect poverty.
• I have acknowledged that my participation in eh promotion of the well-being of the poor individuals can significantly address the aspect of reducing the poverty measures.
• With the incorporation of these experiences, I actively supported the organisations for addressing poverty.
• I was able to continue to get involved in the initiatives that aim to reduce the impact of poverty by facilitating the advocations towards a fair system
• The potential obstacles can be included with resistance to policy change along with the limited resources (Wuni, 2022)
• From the future perspective, I would prefer a more equitable society with a reduction in poverty rates a better access to healthy and support systems.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it can be said that poverty along with suicide and SWOT analysis is both systematic and individual choices. There is a demand for balancing the approach with a combination of personal responsibility along efforts to address the inequalities. This can be addressed with the enhancement in empathy, advocacy for change and a supportive and equitable policy.
