The researcher may intend to show the main focus on hotel staff and customers visiting there and therefore the present study can be interpreted with primary and secondary both types of data collection processes. "The primary quantitative" data collection process needs to be used in which the survey will be done. Furthermore, the present topic will be analyzed in a secondary method in which a theme needs to be developed which includes data that is inscribed in books or journals or any other reliable sources.
