CASP model is in relation to the critical appraisal skills program. With the help of the qualitative research analysis the thing can be collected in the effective manner. In this regard, it has been said that the medical professional plays crucial relation to provide good care to all the person in this manner the palliative treatment is to be given so that effective measures in this relation is need to be taken. In this way, it has been said that the good take care of the person can be taken who are suffering from the palliative treatment is to need to be taken. Further, has been said that the nurse are to be taken effective things is need to be taken so that the app person are able to take the good care to the employees. It creates positive impact which is very important to understand the need of factors with the help of which disease can be recognize and immediate treatment can be given. It impacts negatively because the Nurse play essential role in order to take good care to the patients. With the help of this kind of the things they can able to survive in the market for the longer period. The CASP model is very helpful in relation to provide effective services to the patients with the help of the good medical facility so that are able to live in the comfort manner. These kinds of the activities are helpful in relation to provide good treatment to all the people. In this manner the 10 question is need to ask in order to have sense of the qualitative research techniques.
From the article, it can be interpret that recognizing the dying is important aspect which develop clinical skills for general palliative care professional. It is the high importance to identification and good clinical care for the patients. In this aspect, different factors are exists that can be influence to the medical and nursing staff when it is recognizing to the end stage cancer and heart failure patient. This report is to understand the importance of the evidence based practice so that things can be determined in the proper manner. In this report two model is to be used in relation to have critical analysis such are as qualitative model or reflective model in relation to Rolfe freshwater and jeaper. The CASP qualitative research analytical technique is need to be used in order to have critical aspect of each thing so that things can be conducted in the proper manner.
Research paper Aim:
The aim was clearly given in this the main study was to explore the current decision process in relation to recognize the dying so that the information is need to be given. The potential strategies is need to be taken for implementing the result of prognostic model to support the decision process.
Significance of study
It is very important in order to conduct the information in the various manner with the help of this the potential strategies can be taken so that each thing can be done in the effective manner. After, setting the aim the recognizance of the dying patient can be undertaken and effective analysis can be taken so that all things can be conducted in the brief manner. With help of setting the aim the decision making process in relation to branch of psychology, overlapping with cognitive science and sociology can be undertaken so that there can be improvement in the whole procedure.
RESEARCH PROCESS DISCUSSION
Methodology selection: Analysis of article indicates that paper was the qualitative study method, this is need to be used in relation to undertake the decision process effectively with the help of this the dying stage can be recognized in the proper manner. This study is very helpful in relation to conduct the proper information on the medical and nursing staff working in the oncology and cardiology units in the England. By adopting this kind of the approach the decision in relation to health care of the patients can be undertaken in the effective manner. With the qualitative research technique the aim of the research can be achieved in the effective manner. As per detailed review of article, it can be said that descriptive research design is used because it allows to gain in-depth information. Inductive approach is also being taken into account by the researchers in order to accomplish research objectives. Inductive approach is innovative tool that demonstrate several opportunities in the qualitative and quantitative aspects. However, in this approach use of specific forms of data determines that are collected from the several previous and existing studies.
Along with this, primary and secondary data collection methods are being employed in order to have effective collection of information. Number of books, journals and online sources are being analysis in descriptive manner. It has allowed to gain information that medical professionals play essential role in relation to give proper health care so that they are able to live in good manner. With the help of this kind of the thing the person can able to get the proper care. The main aim of the study is to give major concern on the decision making process it is divided into three categories such are as normative, prescriptive and descriptive so that better and effective decision in this relation can be taken. The medical is the crucial process in which effective decision is to taken so that all things can run in the smooth manner. The main aim of this project is to take good care of the palliative treatment. In this the present file is focusing over the activities of the National health services and its contribution in the effective manner. In addition to this, it can be said that application of sampling is also being taken into account by the experts in order to collect information more significantly. Random sampling method has been employed in order to meet the requirements. Data analysis is being accomplished with a help of both qualitative and quantitative values. It has provided detailed learning in respect to measures of CASP model.
Along with this, to provide a better opportunities to the study, the interview was designed which is based on the decision making literature. It is very helpful in order to prompt and guide data collection. At the time of taking interview the participants were asked to take the specific decision in the effective manner. In this each participant has given the single interview and this has been recorded digitally. In this there were total 19 respondents that is 9 doctors, 19 respondents, 8 registered nurse and 2 health care assistants. In this the interview is varied from 24 to 55 min in this both has been adequately considered. In this manner this kind of the approach is need to be taken such are as specific symptoms, observation and various kind of the taste so that this all thing can be considered in the effective manner. Thematic analysis is used which is need to be inclusive in the various kind of the stages such are as familiarization with data, generate initial codes, search for themes, review themes, define and name themes, produce report.
Strength and weakness:
Strengths of Data Collection
- Data collection from primary and secondary sources has provided detailed learning about the subject.
- It has allowed volunteers to make understand the respondents about key purpose of study as it has promoted face to face interaction.
- Face-to-face interview has helped with more accurate screening.
- It also allows to have better control over interview and attain relevant information.
Weakness of Data Collection
- Interview questionnaire were designed but not framed properly according to aim and objectives.
- Cost is a major disadvantage for face-to-face interview as it requires various sources.
- Interviewer was not much capable in communication that has affected the data collection evidences.
Strengths of Data Analysis and sampling
- Descriptive research approach is the innovative tool that demonstrate several opportunities in the qualitative and quantitative aspects.
- Thematic analysis has advanced the learning in terms of both qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Sampling has allowed to have proper construction, execution and comparison of data in order to attain outcome.
- It has provided researchers and statisticians with a degree of control and sense of process.
Weakness of Data Analysis and sampling
- Secondary and primary sources are not providing proper critical reflection about the subject of the study.
- Primary sources sampling selection has provided the approximated data about subject not the exact one.
- Sampling pattern was not standardized which has created a risk of common cases.
REFLECTION
According to above study, I have noticed that sampling is the process in which representative group has been selected in which target population included as the participants. With this regard, at higher extent population will be implemented to work in the systematic manner. In the simple random sampling method, different advantages and disadvantages has been ascertained that assists to find out relevant information at workplace. I can also state that main advantages is sample require representation of the target population and eliminate the sampling bias. However, disadvantages also exists in the article it is seen that there is lack of time and money. Therefore, researcher unable to find useful information. In this the potential participants can be recruited in this easy manner with the use of posters, letters and presentation. The initial aim of this research is to select one or two people. It has also been witnessed in the evaluation that with the help of the considering the ethical issues the things can be conducted in the more effective manner. In this there is the kind of the problem or the situation to choose between the alternatives which is need to be evaluated to find out the right and wrong perspective of the things. The potential strategies is need to be taken for implementing the result of prognostic model to support the decision process. I have also noticed that data analysis is need to be undertaken so that there can be effective finding of all the things. This kind of the approach is very helpful in relation to conduct the things in the proper manner.
I can also state on the basis of observation that research is need to be conducted in the proper and effective manner. With the help of this doing all this things the work can done in the authentic approach. By taking all the things in the proper manner the main aim of the research can be conducted effectively. I have also witnessed that descriptive research approach is the innovative tool that demonstrate several opportunities in the qualitative and quantitative aspects. However, in this approach use of specific forms of data determines that are collected from the several case studies. These data collection techniques present different advantages to demonstrate creative functioning. For instance, survey demonstrate statistical about the event from the different sources. Along with this I have noticed that as compare to the inductive approach, in this article it can be interpret that deductive approach is useful perspective. This is because, with the help of deductive approach theory will be testing as per the basis of generating new ideas. Inductive approach preferred with scarcity of resources while deductive approach ascertain with abundance of sources. Furthermore, in the inductive approach there is no shortage of time to compete with study. Beside this, in another approach there is short time availability to complete the study.
I can conclude that the medical clinical care is need to be taken so that effective care is need to be provided it is need to be focused that The medical professionals plays essential role in relation to give proper health care so that they are able to live in good manner. With the help of this kind of the thing the person can able to get the proper care. The present report is covering the various aspects are need to be taken such are as critical evaluation and reflection is need to be given on the medical clinical care. The medical professionals need to play effective role in order to give palliative treatment to all person so that their disease can be cured easily. They need to take various steps in relation to provide good treatment to all. These kinds of the things are very helpful in relation to provide good care to all people so their disease can be cured easily. With the help of this immediate action can be taken and palliative care need to be provided so that person can live in the proper manner. In the different practices and communication, it can be interpret that patient and carers need to concentrate on the important part of the goals and objectives. It assists to frame relevant results at workplace. Therefore, it increasing the emphasis for end life care. It includes how patient and care workers implemented their concern towards the aims and objectives. Therefore, regarding quality of care provided, patient also face different issues that
