A good communication process is an essential tool and also a part of core leadership functions. Apart from this, it can be depicted the fact that poor communication within the organisation can lead the staff towards the way of demotivation and the confidence level of the workers and employees may become down and that leaves a vital negative impact upon the organisational growth and future development (Wang et al. 2021).
