Literature Review
Concept of managerial indicators and job satisfaction
In the views of Torlak, Demir and Budur, (2019) the management strategies are the one which assist the business in improving the business and its services. These management strategies guide the employees in improving the efficiency of the business and keep the employees satisfied. For the business to be successful it is very necessary that all these strategies are used by the company in order to keep the employees motivated. Job satisfaction is defined as the measure which employees that how the employee is committed to the job and whether they are happy or not. For the success of the business it is very necessary that employee’s satisfaction is high.
Sunarsi, (2020) stated that this is particularly necessary because when the employees will not be happy and satisfied then the overall performance of the company will be impacted. Thus, it is very necessary for the companies that they effectively comply with different management indicators and strategies so that the employees are committed towards the company and are working effectively. Moreover when the management Strategies and other indicators are complied with effectively then it motivates the employee to work with more efficiency. Thus, as a result of this overall working capability of the employees increases and ultimately business becomes more profitable.
Various managerial strategies helpful in enhancing job satisfaction of employees
In accordance to the views of Min and et.al, (2020) there are many different managerial strategies which are helpful for the businesses in improving the job satisfaction of the employees. This is particularly necessary because employee engagement is very necessary for maintaining the job satisfaction among the employees. When the employees will be engaged with the business then automatically they will be more satisfied and it will improve the working efficiency of them and the overall business is well. In order to manage the employees and keeping them engaged within the business the most essential aspect is the use of effective leadership style. This is particularly necessary because when the leadership style of the company for the management would not be effective than it will not motivate the employees and they will not be working efficiently. Elrehail and et.al, (2019) stated that the foremost managerial strategy to be focused by company include the effective use of leadership style. When the company implement the effective leadership style then it results in effective communication with the employees and ultimately overall objective of the business will be attained. Furthermore, the effective use of leadership style will help the leaders or the manager of the company to guide the employees well and ensure that they are working in accordance to the planned activities.
On the other hand Ali and Anwar, (2021) argued that another major managerial strategy for ensuring effective working and the job satisfaction includes the effective communication. This is also very necessary and a good managerial strategy because when the communication will not be effective than it will be impacting the overall performance of the company. When the communication will not be good and effective than it will create miscommunication and as a result of this overall working will be impacted. Thus, it is very necessary for the company that they must have a clear and the concise communication so that no issues or faced by the employees.
In support of this Amrutha and Geetha, (2021) stated that when the employee will be able to understand the requirement of the management easily and effective lead then automatically overall performance of the company would increase. This as a result of does the overall performance of the company would be improved and the employees will also be connected to the company and its services. Furthermore the employees will also be happy working with in such a company where the communication is clear and each and every employee will be more satisfied and happier.
Benefits and challenges of implementing different managerial strategies.
According to the views of Sypniewska, Baran and K?os, (2023) there are different benefits of implementing the various managerial strategies. The most common benefit of implementing the managerial strategies is that it keeps the employees happy and satisfied with the performance of the company. This is particularly because of the reason that when the good working environment will be provided to the Employees then they will be more connected to the company. Ultimately it will improve the working efficiency of the employees and result and overall performance of the business will also increase.
On the other hand Anastasiou, (2020) stated that the major challenge of implementing the managerial strategies is that each and every employee is different and fulfilling the need of every employee is not possible. It is not necessary that with a single strategy each and every employee is happy and satisfied. Thus, it is not possible for the companies that they make strategy for each and every employee and keep them happy. Hence, this might impact the working capability of the employees and they might not be happy with the environment of the company and it can impact the performance in negative manner. Moreover the implementation of these different strategies is also time consuming and it can also resultant increase in cost which is another major challenge for the company. Customising the Strategies and services for each and every employee is very time consuming and is not possible. This is particularly because of the reason that in case any one of the employee will be left then in can impact the working efficiency and will not be connected to the company more.
Research Process
Research type
For the study to be successful it is necessary that effective resource type is selected. Research type is defined as the method through which the whole study is accomplished. In general there are two types of research which can be conducted by the researcher which includes qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative is the one which take into consideration only the qualitative aspects relating to the research topic (Sileyew, 2019). Whereas the quantitative type of research is the one which includes only the numeric information in facts and figures relating to the study. In order to analyse the management Strategies and its influence on employees’ satisfaction the use of study will be implemented. This is particularly selected because it will help the researcher in developing good theoretical knowledge relating to the research topic and will help the company in evaluating different management strategies.
Research approach
In order to make the research successful it is very necessary that appropriate approach for the research is being selected. Inductive and deductive are the two type of approaches which can be used by the researcher for completion of the study. The inductive is the one which allow the researcher to set aim and objectives where is deductive focuses on framing of hypothesis relating to the study. In order to evaluate the management Strategies and its influence over employee’s satisfaction the use of inductive approach will be made. This is particularly selected because it will help the resources in setting up of a man objective and it will provide guidance to the research in order to accomplish the objectives.
Research philosophy
The philosophy of the research is defined as the beliefs on the basis of which any kind of method is selected. For the success of the study it is necessary that appropriate philosophy is being complied and it includes to that is interpretivism and positivism examples of the interpretivism is the one which focuses on general theories relating to the research topic. Whereas the positivism is the philosophy which undertakes the use of factual information (Wohlin and Runeson, 2021). In order to analyse the impact of Management strategies over employee’s satisfaction the use of interpretivism philosophy will be made. This type of philosophy will be selected by the researcher because it helps in making the qualitative study more better and the outcome are also much effective.
Data collection
For any research study to be successful it is very necessary that appropriate data is being used. This is particularly necessary because in case the data used will not be effective than it will be impacting the overall working of the study. The data can be gathered from two different sources which includes primary and secondary. The primary is the one which provides the first hand information relating to the study material. On the other hand the secondary source is the one which provides already used information relating to the study area. For accomplishing the objectives of the current study based on impact of management strategies over the employee’s satisfaction the use of combination of primary and secondary data will be used. The primary data will be gathered with help of questionnaire and it will be supported by secondary data which will be gathered from different books, articles, journals relating to the research topic.
Sampling
For the data collection it is very necessary that some sample or being selected. This is necessary because the data cannot be gathered from the whole population as it is large. Thus, for the effective Data Collection some sample from the whole population is selected and the data is collected from that sample only. In the present case of analysing the impact of management strategies over the employee’s satisfaction the use of 30 respondents will be made. These respondents will be gathered with help of random sampling method it includes the equal chance of every person within the population for being selected as a sample (HR and Aithal, 2022). Then the data will be getting out from the samples with help of questionnaire. The employees of every department are being used as the sample because employee’s satisfaction is required in each and every department of the company.
Data analysis
Just collecting the appropriate data is not enough rather it needs to be evaluated effectively so that working can be managed and objectives can be attained. Thus, for the evaluation of the collected data there are two different methods which can be used by the researcher which includes thematic analysis and SPSS (Urcia, 2021). Thematic analysis method is the one where themes are prepared and the collected data is evaluated with help of table and chart. On the other hand the SPSS is statistical software within which different statistical functions are applied to the collected data for evaluating the data and attaining the objectives. In the current case of impact of marketing strategies over satisfaction of employee the use of thematic analysis will be made for improving the performance and retaining the objective of the study. The thematic analysis is used by the researcher because it includes evaluating the data with help of table and charts and it makes it easier for others to understand.
Research limitation
For the success of the study it is necessary that the resource is conducted properly. But there are some of the limitations which are page by the researcher which includes majority limited time. The time provided for the successful completion of the resources limited but with good time management skills the researcher tries to maintain the study well. In addition to this another limitation identified during the study was of resources first of the resources of the study of very less and users are many peoples of hence with good allocation skills the researcher try to manage the study well and attain the objectives.
Ethical consideration
For the successful completion of the study it is very necessary that all the ethical aspects are considered during the study. The major ethical consideration in the current case was taking the informed written consent from the respondents. This consent is necessary as it implies that the respondent is giving permission to use the personal data within the study. Along with this another article aspect considered was the fact that all the data has been taken from the copyright sources only. The data which does not have any copyright is not used within the study.
Resources Access To Primary And Secondary Data
For the success of the study and attainment of the objectives, different types of resources need to be used. This is necessary for the reason that there are many different resources required for the successful accomplishment of the objectives of business. Thus, there are different types of resources used for conducting the primary and secondary resources. For the primary data collection, the researcher will make use of the questionnaire which will include closed-ended questions. This questionnaire will be prepared by the researcher and this will be shared with the respondents with the help of the email (Patel and Patel, 2019). The questionnaire will be shared to the email of the respondent and the respondents will fill out the questionnaire and share it back with the help of the email only to the researcher. Then with the help of the thematic analysis, the collected data will be evaluated and the objectives will be attained well.
In addition to this, for secondary sources, there are different types of resources required to be followed. These resources are necessary to be followed by the researcher because it will provide a base to gather the data effectively. The most important resource is to have access to the internet connectivity and the computer system. This is very necessary for the reason that when effective connectivity is present then automatically it will help the researcher in gathering the secondary data appropriately. This will include assessing the different secondary sources like journals, articles, books and many other different types of sources as well.
